Neoneonopolis

We finally get a closer look at Kino's hometown, Neoneonopolis, capital of Neon Land. I was going for a city that is technologically advanced, but is aesthetically stuck in the '80s, as you can see with all the neon lights and dated signage. This is where most of Kino's adventures take place.
